High-Speed accurate trimming and slabbing ( i.e monuments or thick size slab) of Granite/Marble block for quick production by wire dia 6.3/11.5 mm dia. Diamond wire in ENGENiUS-PRO model whereas only accurate trimming in ENGENiUS-LITE model.

Structure
Fabricated study steel dynamic structure design concept which will holds four big flywheels and guide rollers which is fitted in the housing and bearing. This specific structure designed to run diamond wire smoothly.
Controls
Function of the machine i.e. up and down with variable speed, spindle rotation with fixed speed, hydraulic system, gear motors, water pump controlled by panel.
